The Port of Quebec's vision? Under the supervision of the Harbor Master – Director, Port Services, the Deputy Harbor Master assists in organizing, planning, and executing port activities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. They serve as a liaison between internal and external partners, ensure standards compliance, and coordinate technical and administrative interventions. They are capable of replacing the Harbor Master and the Director of Security in their absence to ensure the continuity of port operations.
