Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Technological Infrastructure and Telecommunications, the project manager ensures the planning and management of projects, in addition to acting as a transmission channel between the various internal and external teams. The holder of the position ensures cohesion and optimization of activities throughout the process, thus making it possible to deliver the project to the organization, with a view to conviviality, harmonization of processes and optimal maintenance of operations.

Responsabilities

  • Plan and organize all aspects of projects based on scope, schedule and budget, in collaboration with the external service provider;
  • Structure his projects to ensure complete coverage of the needs of all business sectors;
  • Identify and manage all project risks and mitigation measures;
  • Ensure the quality level of service and work on process improvement;
  • Analyze the requested changes and evaluate their relevance and impact on the costs and schedule of the project;
  • Provide user support and work with external support team to resolve issues;
  • Develop and produce management indicators necessary for project monitoring (statutory report);
  • Responsible for technological monitoring aimed at possible implementation of software solutions;
  • Get involved in certain implementation work to support business pilots;
  • Write technical quotes for calls for tenders and/or price requests;
  • Qualitatively evaluate bids and initiate the contract award process;
  • Take charge of various files entrusted to him by the IT department;
  • Ensure the functional and technical implementation of the projects/files entrusted to him.

Qualifications

Formations

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or any other relevant field.

Experience

Have at least ten (10) years of experience in IT, including three (3) years in a similar position. Significant experience with MS project.
