Reporting to the Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources, the incumbent will act as a driving force for talent optimization and continuous improvement. Through analyses, succession planning, and training strategies, they will ensure the organization’s growth and continuity. Their role is essential in anticipating needs and effectively leading change.

Responsabilities

  • Lead change management initiatives as part of the port’s digital transformation, while ensuring internal team readiness;
  • Organize and facilitate various training sessions to support professional development;
  • Plan and coordinate employee meetings and information sessions to ensure effective internal communication, support strategic alignment, and enhance the employee experience;
  • Conduct various analyses to identify organizational needs and implement development strategies;
  • Support and advise managers in their own development and that of their teams;
  • Develop succession plans considering planned retirements, growth projects, and future organizational needs;
  • Design, coordinate, and deploy training and development programs for APQ members to ensure succession readiness;
  • Collaborate with management and various departments to identify key competencies and ensure talent development aligned with organizational needs;
  • Establish monitoring indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented succession plans;
  • Develop and implement change management plans tailored to different departments, their managers, and teams;
  • Ensure training budgets are respected and aligned with internal policies and strategic organizational needs;
  • Create and maintain external partnerships to effectively meet training needs.

Daily

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with various teams to implement actions that optimize processes and enhance organizational efficiency;
  • Identify and seize opportunities to enhance employee engagement and recognition through concrete and tailored actions.

Qualifications

Formations

Have a university degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field;

Experience

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2 years in Organizational Development;

Spoken French
