Reporting to the Vice Presidency of Sustainability, the incumbent will play a key role in data analysis to support strategic decision-making. They will also provide support in the management and coordination of various projects, ensuring the effective dissemination of information and adherence to timelines.

Responsabilities

  • Prepare reports and communicate analysis results during presentations;
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Coordinate project logistics, including planning, organization, and resource tracking;
  • Manage calendars and timelines;
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure the delivery of goods and services;
  • Organize and coordinate various meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions and decisions made during meetings;
  • Ensure key information is shared with relevant stakeholders and take action when needed;
  • Handle various tasks depending on the level of required support, such as document management, business application oversight, presentation coordination, budget tracking, etc.;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Daily

  • Collect and analyze environmental and operational data to support decision-making;
  • Conduct literature reviews and comparative analyses;
  • Collaborate with case managers to oversee various activities, initiatives, and projects.

Qualifications

Formations

Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or any other field related to logistics, data management, and analysis.

Experience

Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
